James Haggerty, PRCG, New York, joins CPN

January 13, 2016. The author of the book “In the court of public Opinion” and renowned Crisis communications expert James Haggerty, PRCG, New York, has joined CPN. Haggerty has also developed the software CrisisResponsePro as a tool for communicators. It is designed for organizations of all sizes, with the goal of digitally bringing the crisis communications team together and providing tools, templates and resources for response and collaboration.
