Bill Rylance, London

Bill Rylance is the Founder & Chairman of WATATAWA, a communications consulting firm headquartered in Singapore. He is now London-based but previously lived in Asia for 30 years. During that time, he worked on some of the region’s most historic events and issues advising several Asian Heads of State, government officials, CEOs and other senior executives. He managed the global communications program for the 1988 Seoul Olympics after which he launched – and later sold – his own firm in Korea. He then took the reins at a global public relations network as Asia CEO and Worldwide Vice Chairman before launching WATATAWA in 2010. He is a graduate of the University of London and has an MSc in Management from the London Business School. He is a Member of the Hong Kong and Singapore Institutes of Directors and serves on several Boards including the Marine Stewardship Council and the China High Growth Fund. In addition to his Chairmanship of WATATAWA, he is an International Director of WE Communications.
